Overlooking the Naviglio Grande, this charming and cosy pizzeria churns out the best true Neapolitan pizza in the area, as evidenced by the queue that forms outside every evening. Adriano greets you at the door and immediately puts you on the waiting list. The half hour or so of waiting will be well worth it: the pizza has an extraordinary soft and well-cooked dough, with top-quality tomato and mozzarella. You must try the house special with a ricotta-stuffed crust. The pizza menu is rich and imaginative. Those with friarielli, a typical Campanian vegetable, are excellent. The Neapolitan starters (fried courgette flowers and croquettes) and the desserts (babà, cannoli, and pastiera Napoletana) are also highly recommended.
